I’m a freelance journalist and copywriter covering travel, food and visual culture.
My writing has appeared in a range of publications both online and in print, including GQ, Condé Nast Traveller, the Guardian, the Daily Telegraph, Easyjet Traveller and Escapism. On this site you’ll find a selection of my previous articles…
As a copywriter, I have revitalised communications for a number of leading global brands in the retail, luxury and travel sectors, from Secret Escapes to Samsung. I’m also a regular contributor to Stylus Media Group (one of the world’s leading research and advisory firms), providing cutting-edge trend analysis, research and reports for creative consumer-facing businesses.
I moved to London to train as a journalist in 2009, receiving a Masters in Magazine Journalism from City University London. Prior to this, I read History of Art at the University of Cambridge and spent several months teaching English as a foreign language in southern Italy.
As of August 2016, I’m based in the Cayman Islands and besides editing food & drink magazine Flava, I aim to visit all 28 Caribbean island nations in due course!
